On the end of the 8th rep you slide the root up to the 4th fret instead of the 9th and 
play:

Then go to A|-7-  for a bit
           E|-5-

Then play the Intro/verse riff x6

On the end of the 6th rep you slide the chord root to the 4th fret then play:

These are done with a more staccato strumming.
