Great song, the other chords didn't seem right to me, and the main tab was correct 
but didn't have lyrics. So, here you go.
If you want it, I've put the intro here too. It's not too difficult to do - I like 
to play the intro a couple of times then go straight into the chords from there.

The actual song slowly fades out, but you can't really do that playing acoustic. 
So ending on an Em sounds alright to me.
