Doobie Brothers – Listen To The Music chords

I wanted to learn this song a long time ago as a beginner and 
there were no easy-ish tabs on it, so I had my guitar teacher 
sound out the chords for me.  I think this is a nearly perfect tab.


TIPS:
While you play the D chords, you can use your ring finger and 
pinky on the high e string to get the background melody you 
hear prodominantly throughout the song like this:

And when you play the Bridge/Verse 3 towards the end, use this
C and G fingering for the chords:
