Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros – All Wash Out chords ver. 3
Chords:
This is taken from the other Tabs here but I have fixed the VERSES! The verses are just two chords- back and forth between an OPEN C CHORD (with an alternating C/G bass note) then to an OPEN Am CHORD (with an alternating Open A/E Bass note). So for example you hold the open C chord but also hold down the bass note of G (3rd fret on the 6th string). Then you pick the chord, but your thumb plays the bass notes CGCG. (back and forth on 5th and 6th strings) It's like a country bass feel. Then do the same with an open Am chord and alternate A and E bass note. Intro: C (with alternating G bass note) Am (with alternating E bass note) repeat...C (with alternating G bass note) Here come chilly preacherAm (with alternating E bass note) Stumbling 'gainst the windC AmSinging love, love is something to believe inC A prayer and the seaAm And twenty tons of meC AmCrying love, love is something to believe inG F CTo my child of wonder ramblingG F CAll my crooked fingers pointing blameG F CLet it all wash out in the rainG F CJust let it all wash out in the rainSolo C F Am F C F Am F CG F CBeyond the drunken focus of my aimG F CAll my heroes twisting in the flameG F CLet's let it all wash out in the rainG F CLet it all wash out in the rainSOLOC One more for forgivenessAmTwisting in the coldC AmSinging love, love is something I believe inC Too much my defensesAm Are dangling from the chainC AmOh but free, free is something to believe inG F CTo my god I want my gypsy trainG F CToo my child a howlin' tambourineG F C Let it all wash out in the rainG F CLet it all wash out in the rainG F CYes let it all wash out in the rainG F CLet it all wash out in the rain
