To start this song, it might seem strange, but I think the intro might be a
ridiculously down-tuned guitar. The open note is actually an F# which is a
whole step higher than the natural low E for the bass. So, to play this
either downtune your bottom string all the way to F# for a bit, or capo a
bass at the second fret. Even though the strings of the guitar are crazy
loose at an F#, this actually makes it sound like the recording because it is
kind of messy and pitchy. Here goes...
