Red Hot Chili Peppers – Gong Li chords

Gong Li is a fantastic B-Side by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I've seen a few tabs on the site, and one came very close, though was still off pitch 
a bit. That bass-y note is an open E, the whole song is in the key of E.

It sounds 100% to me, but after all, this is my first try at tabbing. I also tabbed this 
an acoustic. See chord shape chart below the song. I really don't care for the credit, 
all about the music love. Hope this helped someone.
