I kind of combined/edited two tabs belonging to Vermox
(http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/g/gary_jules/mad_world_ver3_tab.htm) and an anonymous
user (http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/t/tears_for_fears/mad_world_tab.htm).
It sounds best played with a capo on the first fret, but it can be played without one.
