It is awkward I know but it helps your hand positions , rolling and sweep picking (if you want to)
Extra:
When Tosin plays it , he picks the 5 on the E string and lets it ring
while using his other fingers to pick the remaining notes and then
does the same on the 6 (3rd 6/ 2nd) on the G string
