They play it with a capo on the first fret. This is tabbed without the capo,
so it is 1/2 step lower than it sounds on the recording. I made this tab from

It's not perfect, but it's way closer than anything else I've found for this 
song. Also, this is just guitar 1, the rhythm part. If I'm feeling ambitious
I'll take a stab at guitar 2. Finally, I've seen videos for a "Moon Version"
on youtube, this is just the acoustic version.

   These are just two variations that I heard in the performance I tabbed this
   from, but I think there were other variations in other recordings, so give
   a listen to a few. The pre-choruses are just half a measure thrown

  This is just strumming |Bm|Bm|D|D|A|A|E|E|, same rhythm as the verse. I'm not

  Notice the rhythm of the words have the same triplet rhythm as the strumming for
  the most part. Listen to the recording for the timings, I've tried to place the 
  chords over the correct syllables below so you can more easily get the lyrical 
  timing.
